Pickleball at OWA

1. All guests must sign a one-time waiver to put on file to utilize this facility. Players under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian to sign on their behalf. Players that do not have a signed waiver will not be permitted to utilize the facility.


2. By using the facility and its equipment, players acknowledge that they do so at their own risk.


3. Positive, sportsman-like behavior is expected of all players. Players that are unruly, causing commotion or are a nuisance may be asked to leave with further disciplinary action.


4. No smoking or vaping inside facility or within a 10-foot distance of the facilities entrance.


5. No pets, outside food, glass or alcoholic beverages permitted.


6. Reservations may be moved or cancelled within a window of your play time. Check with front-desk for most current reservation cancellation rules.


7. Please be aware of your scheduled play time and arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your reservation as courtesy to other guests. Guests tardy to their reservation time by 15 minutes officially forfeit their play time and all fees associated with the reservation. Multiple tardies may lead to future booking restrictions.


8. Guests under the age of fifteen (15) are not permitted within the facility unless accompanied by a guardian over the age of seventeen (17) who is responsible for their welfare. Children may not be left unattended at any time. This includes sitting unaccompanied beside courts or in the lobby while parent/guardian plays. This rule excludes youth player events.


9. No horseplay. Be considerate of others.


10. Reserved court times take priority over walk-ins.


11. Check behind yourself for any personal items. All items left at the end of day will be discarded.


12. All guests and members are required to dress in appropriate clothing and footwear for exercise. This includes shirts, athletic wear and proper footwear.


13. Help keep this facility clean and safe by properly discarding any produced trash within the facility.


14. All rental equipment must be returned to an attendant at the front desk. Any rental equipment taken or not returned properly could be subject to additional fees. No rental equipment will be permitted for use outside the facility.


15. Lockers are available at no charge to all guests on a first come, first served basis. It is the guest’s responsibility to secure their personal items at all times. Locks and all items left beside or inside a locker at the end of the day will be discarded.


16. No form of training or classes are permitted inside facility without expresses permission by Pickleball at OWA (“Owner”). All trainers must be commissioned, registered and provide proper paperwork to be considered. No walk-in training permitted. Failure to abide by this rule may result in permanent expulsion without refund from the facility.


17. No bicycles, skates, hover boards or skateboards permitted inside the facility.


18. After-hour use is exclusively designated for Club Members and their reserved paid Guest(s). Violation of proper registration of guests will result in player fees and additional penalty fees.


19. The pro shop is available only during operating hours. All items within the pro shop are for purchase. No item within the store is free or associated with a giveaway. Taking items from the pro shop without payment will be considered theft and may result in expulsion from the facility and further legal action.


20. Any person not abiding by Facility Rules will be asked to leave. No refund will be provided. Management has the right to expel non-abiding individuals and update rules at any time.
